OAS Permanent Council Celebrates International Day for the Right to the Truth Concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims 

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, March 27 at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in Simon Bolívar Hall at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, to celebrate the “International Day for the Right to the Truth Concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims,” among other topics.
